Mr Sam Russotti

Mr Russotti is a qualified geologist with more than 39 years' extensive experience in the oil and gas sector, including 15 years with Baker Hughes as senior operations manager, 3 years as Operations Manager with Peko Oil Ltd, 10 years as General Manager of Cultus Petroleum and most recently 10 years as Executive Chairman of Golden Gate Petroleum.He has assessed and managed projects in Australia as well as locations including the United States, Indonesia and New Zealand.
Mr Greg Lee
Executive Director
Mr Lee is a qualified chartered professional engineer (CPEng) with more than 28 years experience in the petroleum industry focussing on oil and gas field development, management and operations, petroleum/production engineering and drilling operations.
A member of the Institute of Engineers (Australia) (MIE Aust) and the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE), Mr Lee assisted in the development of Grove Energy and as General Manager of Grove Energy Ltd, actively assisted in the listing of the company on the Alternative Investment Market in London.
Mr Lee has significant international experience having worked in Ukraine, Romania, Italy, Slovenia, UK, USA, Indonesia, Philippines and Australia.
Mr Mark Freeman
Non-Executive Director
Mr Freeman has more than 15 years' experience in corporate finance and the resources industry. He has extensive experience in strategic planning, business development, acquisitions and mergers, particularly in oil and gas, as well as general project management.
Mr Freeman is a graduate of the University of Western Australia with a Bachelor of Commerce with a double major in Banking & Finance and Accounting. He also holds a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance with a major in Corporate Finance from the Financial Services Institute of Australasia.
Mr Freeman is currently an Executive Director with Quest Petroleum NL, and Company Secretary of Grand Gulf Energy Limited.
